[PTS] Cassidy - Writing Troubles
Writing Troubles It hadn’t been long before Cassidy let out a growl at the paper she hunched over. There weren’t many words written and a lot of them had already been aggressively scratched out. Litwick hovered over her, his light only seeming to illuminate her mistakes and indecisions even though she knew he kept close to offer support. She wasn’t on any kind of deadline or even needed to show anyone what she was doing. But she wanted to. She wanted to create something nice and glorious and simple and sweet. Just the right novel to help someone feel fuzzy and warm on a rainy night. It’s why she liked to write romance - to her it felt like a cozy blanket wrapped around you while wishes came true. Much like weaving a fairy tale but the feelings it could evoke were real. Real enough to be appreciated. The five oddish where gathered around her feet, snoozing away. Eevee and Zigzagoon were curled together in Glaceon’s bed in the corner while Glaceon was curled up with Dratini on the

It had been many months. Cassidy looked around her small apartment. There still weren’t many furnishings but to her that just made more room for the friends she was making. Friends in all shapes and sizes. Her first was a Litwick, the one to accompany her on her journey as a trainer! She had no intentions of doing battles as others train for, but instead wanted simple companionship. That, and she thought having Pokemon would help her have adventures which would help her with her writing. Inspirational muses, perhaps! And the Litwick was her first, guiding light, who showed her just how okay it was to be curious. It was still too soon to tell if her hopes for adventures would turn out the way she wanted, but her crew was growing quickly. The second one was a Zigzagoon. Very energetic, very loyal, and one to always shower her with affection on her worst days. He would even try to give her beans he found which were only meant for Pokemon. He was sweet and she would do anything for

The rustling in the bushes was not a thing to ignore! Lit hovered about Cassidy, moving from side to side, peering over her shoulder but prepared to defend her if needed!
But that wasn't needed.
Out jumped a Zigzagoon! Who flopped into Cassidy, tail waggling and tongue hanging out. His beady eyes looked up to her with a sparkle that just screamed, 'Love me!'
"Ohhhhh what a dear!" Cassidy breathed out, as she knelt down to ruffle his fur. He did seem to enjoy it, and all of her fear seemed to melt away. "Well goodness. It looks like you chose me! Wanna be on my team?"
The Zigzagoon 'barked' and wiggled some more.

It was a fine day for a stroll through the woods. Cassidy wanted to spend some quality outdoor time with her new Litwick. He was a nifty little character – curious and adventurous – and she really felt it was time to get a suitable name for him.
“Now… what do I call a cute little candle Pokemon?” She wondered, which only brought the reply of “thhhrrrrrrpt” from the dear floating beside her. “Ohhhh… well… I’m not sure if that will work.” Cassidy giggled. Already, the Litwick had grown so close to her heart, she couldn’t imagine being without him.

It was a lovely evening with the sun settling down on the horizon, the last bits of light moved back to make room for the shadows to have their fun. Cassidy walked along through a path in the park, accompanied by her little Litwick, floating along beside her, lighting a nice path. She clutched a journal and pen to her chest as they moved along, starting to feel slightly creeped out by their surroundings. "Hmm... I really should have paid more attention to the time." She mumbled to herself while trying to keep an eye on her surroundings, and yet trying not to look too much so her imagination would not get the better of her.

[TWWM] Flurry - The Transformation
She feels warmth envelope her, surrounding her on all sides and inspiring something warm and homely inside of her, filling her up completely. She felt it spread out across her limbs, from her fingers to her toes before settling warm and thick in her core, safe and comforting like a mother’s hug. She felt her chest loosen, releasing the vice grip it’d had on her in an instant and leave her breathing deep and calm for what she felt was the first time in years. But the warmth continued to spread, flowing through her over and over in a continuous, never ending cycle inside of her; limbs to core to limbs again, around and around, growing warmer and warmer. Never enough to be uncomfortable though, just… very, very warm. As if the presence wrapping her up was winding around her tighter and tighter, tucking her into the warmth and safety it offered her until her head started to grow fuzzy from drowsiness, perception fading away to nothing but comforting warmth and a deep-rooted, certain
Ummm... wow. Okay. I may try to dabble and get used to all this again. Don't mind me as I waddle around as spoons allow. May try to upload all of the art I've done so it's kept in one spot. I haven't done a ton but enough to where I'm happy with what I've done. May upload some writing too once it's finished. We'll see. A lot of stuff is "We'll see" until it actually happens. I know myself too well by now to make promises I can't keep. And while people can say "Well just be more disciplined about it!" I wouldn't wish for them to spend a day in my brain to be able to understand why it's so much more than that. But onto better times ahead with a strong embrace for creativity and authenticity!
Uuuuuuuugh I really have not tended to this account. Hopefully that will change. XD
I've been doodling here and there and will be uploading some. And I have not forgotten about the Little Reaper Girl! I really want to do big things with her but haven't really had any traction. A comic, sure. But trying to plan it out... ehhhhhhhhh it's new territory for me.
And if I've learned something about myself it's that I'll painstakingly think about something and plan it out in my head before I even move with it. >.>
Action needs to happen! So that's what I'm going to be trying for (Reaper Girl or otherwise...).
Just did a mass upload of all the art I've been doing for art class. (ART!!! D8) I'm very surprised at how well it's been received so far. It feels nice ^_^.
I try to doodle silly things and it just doesn't want to turn out. My other half asked me to do a simple something for his comic (cvrpg.com) so maybe I'll try it in charcoal. Apparently if I'm going to make something look good I have to get dirty ;).
Seriously, though. Any art I try to do that doesn't leave me marked up, dirty, or even scarred just doesn't seem to turn out as well and I don't have as much fun with it. I think there's something there. I must be some sort of traditional
